Bloody Roar has always been my favorite old-school fighter franchise ever since I played the first installment on the original PlayStation. While Bloody Roar has always set itself apart from other franchises with its animal transformation mechanics, this entry sets itself apart from the rest of the series in that the developers put a lot more care into making a balanced fighter. Whether you live for the furry aesthetic or would rather beat one up, this game allows you to do both.
